- It's easier for me to stay on the diet in the morning, but it gets progressively harder until night time. So far, I've still done well.
- I drink a lot of Pero with Splenda to stave off my hunger.
- The fourth day is when things get a little tougher; the cravings can overpower the will. I had four Hershey's Kisses. Not too bad. I consider it the treat I deserved for running four miles.
- I bought myself some Slim-Fast chocolate bars when the urgings just get too great. They're delicious and only 120 calories. But you can only eat one, which is okay.
- I envision myself on a beach in California looking my best in a bathing suit. We're planning a trip to Disneyland with some unused American Express miles Kulani's been collecting since his work pays for all bills using his card, and he gets the points.
- I'm feeling great.

Urges
I have found these things self-evident:

Good job Cindy.
I find anything is okay in moderation. We keep Hershey Kisses around too, and 2 are only worth 1 WW point. I think I eat chocolate everyday but I only have a little. I think the biggest help for me is just to measure everything out. I eat anything, but just the measuring reduces a lot of food that I eat. Even if I think something is 1/2 cup, I measure it anyway. I like WW because I eat more vegetables because most veggies are zero points. Right now a great lunch I make for myself is a giant salad with any raw veggies I have in my house, cut up into bite size pieces -- then I add a can of tuna, a tsp or two (depending on how many points I have) of olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. And if you have the points to spare, a half cup of beans, black beans or kidney beans. Delish!
I cut out all treats, so no chocolate kisses for me, but I did go to Costco yesterday and splurge on every possible diet drink they sell. Anything 10 calories or less was in my cart. I didn't help that they were sampling all that stuff. I'm a sucker for the samples. Everytime I'm there during sample time, I buy all of them; well, maybe not all of them, but many of them. Yesterday I had at least 5 sampled items in my cart. I am going to take one back, however. My girls found a drink sample and the lady sampling it said it was a great replacement for Gator-ade and Powerade (fizzy stuff you add to water) and that it was so good for you, etc. Well, I got suckered in, mostly by the girls begging for it, then came home and realized that it has caffeine in it and green tea extract. Grace had one before I read the label and was flying off the walls. I read the label even more closely and discovered that it is "not good for children." I'm mad at the lady who kept giving it to my girls and claimed it was so good for us that I'm taking it back despite Grace opening it and using some of it. We'll see how good Costco is at customer service!
I came across at your blog and I find it very interesting. It was worth reading. Thanks for sharing this information. Keep it up!
