Well Sisters, it is that time of the week again. It is getting really cold here and that is sapping my motivation a little bit. But, I'm going to email some women who live in my apartment complex now to ask them if they want to work out with me in the apartment rec room tonight. That will give me some accountably and someone to talk to while running.
If you want to, share your successes and challenges for the week and weigh-in.

I'll weigh-in -- I'm down 1.8 pounds this week. I'm also going to sign up for the Bloomington half-marathon, but the date is on April 5, not March, so I have more time to train.
Mary, please move back and be my neighbor! I really need a running partner. You've been both my best running partner and my best family dancing partner. Yee haw! I'll post another article about my week.
Bad news for me - I gained .8 pounds. STINKS! I even exercised 5 times last week. Oh well, this usually happens to me the second week, especially if I am not religious on the eating. I was in Baton Rouge on Monday and Tuesday so not a lot of opportunity to eat great there. Well, it was great, but not in a low-cal way. Next week I'm in Houston for three days so that will be bad, but I am still exercising so that is something.
I didn't end up emailing my neighbors and so I didn't end up running. So I stayed up making sugar cookies for our office birthday party today. And I was dipping said cookies in Nutella. Ugh... Good thing I weighed in yesterday morning.
LOVE Nutella!! The other day I was watching Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals and she was using Nutella (microwaved to make nice and soft) on a Sunday. Then I saw someone else use it as a cookie dip like you. They both looked DELICIOUS!!
Is it bad I watch cooking shows while I exercise?
Ok, I think Sunday should be spelled Sundae, but just goes to show how much I look forward to "Sunday" diet-break day!
